Before I fall from the great big tree,
before I take my final rest below,
I march behind the mantle above me
hoping to see something new to bestow.
I've been living in the jungle alone
hoping someone will come marching again
living near a lion i've become prone.
I watch as the trees sway and the grasses wane
In the land that I call home, I am but
a lone dragon looking for my power
or, one might say, a diamond in the rut
Don't say these words to scare or cower
In fear of leaving the castle alone
From this journey I have very much grown.
